Eugenidion University Hospital and the London Hair Restoration Training Academy Team to certify most advanced baldness solution
A top medical university in Athens has teamed up with the world s only dedicated hair restoration training academy to create the first ever university-level academic certification course in the treatment of male pattern baldness and other forms of alopecia.
The hands on training will be hosted by Eugenidion University Hospital in Athens and be supplemented by online courses designed and taught by the London Hair Restoration Training Academy. The programme will be led by Professor of Dermatology of Syngrou Hospital, Dr. Christina Antoniou.
The programme will focus on the education, training and the specialization of doctors in curing androgenetic alopecia, or male pattern baldness by focusing on the DHI Total Care System, which pairs a technically advanced hair restoration solution with proven practical business applications. For the first time, doctors from all over the world will have the opportunity to acquire truly academic education in the treatment of alopecia. The certification will last 10 days with a total 80 hours of learning.
For the first time, men and women around the world can be sure that their doctor will have knowledge of the most advanced proven technique available, says DHI London Academy Director Michael Giotis. This means more people can be treated with better results and less risk of harm than ever before.
Only doctors are eligible for the certification. After successful completion of the programme, a Certificate of Supplementary Education and Training in DHI Total Care is awarded.
