Sorry to say that I once tried them....many years ago.....about 16 years ago

All I can say is that I am glad I visited my family that knew about my hairless when I first tried their system......It was a couple of years after my first crap HT and was desperate........

I remember turning up to see my mother and stepdad.....when I walked in the first thing my stepdad said was why on earth was a wearing a wig.....it was meant in a nice way as he did not want me to be even more embarrassed about my hair, I drove straight back to London and got them to take it off.........luckily I only had the first stage on we're they "tie" it into your existing hair.....the second stage is when they shave your head and glue it on.....

While I was there I noticed how bad the original salesmans hair was.....it stood out a mile that it was not natural....I guess I had been blinded by desperation at first....

Maybe things have changed and they are better now......but somehow I very much doubt it....

Anyway, was an expensive lesson............

Tim thanks for the laugh as I have a similar story trying to hide the giant plugs Puig saw fit to put into my thinning hairline. I only made it as far as my car before I was back telling a similar outfit here in the States to take this thing off of my head as it was sewn into my existing hair.

OMG what the hell was I thinking, was I that desperate? Seems funny now but it sure wasn €™t at the time. At least it was reversible €¦ €¦lol €¦ €¦ €¦...

I think if you can feel comfortable wearing one it €™s a great way to go as the quality has reached a point where they are undetectable.

Must first say that I did not mean to insult anyone that is happy using a hairpiece.....from one who was depressed and so very paranoid about my hairloss then crap HT I do understand that anything that can reduce these issues and works for some people is good...

I really had forgotten about my experience with this company until I saw the thread...some more of it just came back to me....I remember when I went back to have it taken off the sales man or "technician" telling me that he had a terrible HT under his "hair system" ..... and then said "yes, I have one fitted and I bet you did not realise"..... I told him that "yes I did know he had one on and that it stood out a mile"......and pointed to the obvious line where his hair met the "wig"...


They kept telling me that it was not a wig but a "hair system" and the two were not the same.....

I also remember that all the stylists were very cute youngish women.....all telling me and the other clients they just looked so great......

My expience with "hair systems" was funny now that I look back at it....but as you mention.....I did not think that at the time but was desperate for a solution......but, if this works for someone and they are happy, I think it's great...

You are right, if cost of an HT stops someone from being happy and a hairpiece can achieve this.....then I agree.....
The only thing with this company is that I seem to remember the cost of the initial trail "hair system" was around £1,000.00 and the "next step" using the one where your head is shaved and they stick it on was around £2,400.00, for which I had already paid a 50% deposit....

They estimate that you would need one a year and a spare to use while they did regular 6 months maintenance........that was around 16 years ago, don't know what the price is now....but it was extremely expensive then....

But..... As TC mentions....atleast there method of hair replacement was easily reversible....unlike the HT those butchers in London gave me all those years ago....
