4 awesome repairs with SMG
I have just been placed on a medication called Alfuzosin which is an alpha blocker. I have been put on this because i have a problem with my bladder neck and urination which they wanted to perform surgery on and i refused opting to try medication first. I have had this problem for many years and it is NOT finasteride related because i had it well before i started taking it and have had every test under the sun which included looking at my prostate etc.)
My question is Alfuzosin is an α1 receptor antagonist and Finasteride is a Type 2 5alpha-reductase inhibitor so does this mean by taking both these together it is similar to taking Dutasteride which is a dual inhibitor or are my thoughts way of the mark?
I have only been on this a week and have no side effects to report as yet.
