Alternative to finastéride

Hello, I would like to know what is the best oral food supplement apart from finasteride for androgenic alopecia? Do you recommend a particular brand or a herbal medicine treatment? I am Norwood stage 3 and just trying to decrease the speed of the fall. I am also doing a transplant of 1000 grafts soon. Can a perros treatment help accelerate the regrowth of the donor and recipient area so that it camouflages the small scabs quickly?

Finasteride is not a food supplement, it’s a medication. There are no food supplements that will work as good as Finasteride.
Sone people claim Saw Palmetto has worked for them. You may want to check into that.
