Hello everyone,
I'm contacting you because I'm going to have my second transplant in 2026. My first transplant was performed in Turkey at age 32, where they loaded me with grafts (over 4,500) when I was supposed to have a 2,500 graft to restore my hairline at the base. It was a big mistake when I was young, going to Cosmedica. The good news is that tricloscopy and an examination by a surgeon showed that I still have over 4,500 grafts left + a good beard at age 36.
Today, I would like to thicken my mid-scalp and have my vertex done. I want the surgery to be performed by the surgeon.Depending on the clinic, I need between 2,000 and 2,700 grafts (I'm ruling out hair-mill clinics like Cosmedica or Serkan Aygin, which offer me 4,000 grafts with a lowered hairline).
I've received cost estimations from the following clinics: HLC, Bicer, Regenae, Seneca Athens, Marwan Saifi, Seffen, Meddeb. For now, my choice seems to be Seneca, with a surgery with George Gounnaris. . I like their rather conservative approach and the fact that everything is performed by the surgeon. However, I'm still a little put off by the fact that communication goes through the sales team, and not directly through the surgeon. What do you think of this clinic? Do you have any feedback? If not, which of the specialists I mentioned would you recommend? Any other suggestion ?Thank you so much!
