I had 2000 grafts in my first strip then another 2000 in my second strip.now the 1500 fue.I was quite bald on the top but kept a strong forlock at the front.
The mistake I made was not going on the meds from day after my my first procedure, I did try fin then I thought I was having sides and I probably was mild gyno but maybe that’s just an age thing.
I’m taking fin now and going to start oral minoxidil this week.
The one advice I would give you is take the meds if you’re not already doing so,you still need to keep your donor area strong as no one knows if that will start to thin as we age and if that’s been moved to the top of your head it will likely thin.
I don’t think anyone just gets one HT it’s a journey and hopefully I’ve reached the end.

yes I wish I was a one hit wonder the things we go through to have hair.
Regards medication I’ve just ordered both Finasteride and oral Minoxidil online off a reputable Uk pharmacy.

My first procedure must of been about 12 years ago lost more hair since then though.most of the top of my hair must be transplanted hair now.
This is before I had anything done.at

I bet you are well happy now, it is devastating when we lose our hair. Tell me, I’m only 3 months in, how exciting is it when it starts to grow again?

It’s very exciting seeing the hair grow in but try not to obsess on the growth for at least 6 months right until 12/18 it’s a very slow process.
But then after the hairs all grown in and you see how better you look the hair greed gene kicks in as you know it will look better with another pass or 2.
