Ben - it looks to be coming on really well - especially for the 4 month mark; which can be a difficult time as a significant amount of time has passed since the procedure but it's only really the start of the new growth. So stay patient.
On the numbness, I had the same and it stayed for many months - just gradually fades - at 10months now & it's pretty much back to normal so don't let it bother you.

Afternoon everyone,

Here's my 6 month progress photos! Any feedback is greatly welcomed and appreciated.

Since the surgery I've been taking all the recommended medicines and supplements such as 1mg Fin daily, Minoxidil, Nizoral Shampoo, Biotin, Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin seed oil, vitamin D and multi vitamin tablets. Anything I could really to give me the best chance of a good result.

I've had major lifestyle changes too such as quitting smoking, eating a much healthier and balanced diet and starting to exercise. In general just taking better care of myself. A lot of that new found energy has come from the reduction in anxiety about my hair, meaning I'm spending more of my energy on looking after myself instead of worrying about my hair out in public, during windy weather etc!

All in all, it's true what they say, you get out what you put in. I've just tried my best to increase my chances of a good result.

There's a long way to go and I'm excited for the next 6 to 12 months

Looks great so far Ben! Do you have any before pics with your hair styled normally, for us to compare the difference?

I used to have my hair very long in the sides to try and cover up the recession but it had worked it's way to the midscalp and potentially the crown. I'll have to dig up some old pictures but here's some pre-op

Hi Ben, your hair density looks to be filling in nicely. You have great hair characteristics that will help with coverage. It’s good to hear your new hair is having a positive effect on you and that you’re becoming healthier. The next 6 months should be a breeze for you.
Thanks for the update.

Any update Ben. I had my op the day before yours at the same clinic, so we are at the same stage. I’d be interested in your most recent pictures for a comparison.

I don't have any recent pictures and my 12 month mark is a month and a half away so I'll 100% post update pictures then. However, I'd like to say that it's coming along very nicely
