If only it were that simple.
Have you tried it?

I read Joseph Murphy's book The Power of Your Subconscious Mind. He says you can heal your body by thinking or willing it true. If you can heal yourself from disease by thinking it, maybe you can grow your hair back too. I think I will try it. Nothing to lose except my hair LOL.

Yes, there are various options such as home remedies (hair oiling, chemical free shampoo). If you are seeking medical treatment then i think PRP hair therapy is the best treatment to get back your hair.

I’m rather skeptical of these methods but if you’re willing to try them, then good luck.
Maybe you can document it on here with some before and progress pictures.

Surprisingly, in 2022 we can colonize the moon, make the deaf hear, the blind see, perform heart transplants, but we cannot make hair grow. My only guess is that the Rogaine/Minoxidil lobby is much more powerful than we can imagine. Chances are we are just a few years short from a pill or lotion that grows hair in a localized area of the body without turning patients into an ape-like hominid, but I have been hearing this since the 80's, and, far as I am aware, 'magical hair restoration remedies' were already dream-sold in America during cowboy times (and even in Ancient Rome). Mind over matter is interesting, but Buddhist monks are bald. As per now, hair transplantation is the only proven method that restores hair with proven, permanent, long-term results (as far as I am concerned). And it is relatively cheap in Turkey, so you might want to look into that option if meditation fails.
