I wrote this short piece about 6-7 years ago and it was given as a speech. I have many more that are similar on a range of subjects. I'm interested in learning the truth and than passing that information on to others.

I thought I would post it here as maybe it would help just one person or someone they know. Maybe it will wake some up and they might pick up a book as opposed to being hand fed information through the masss media.

The fastest way to remove a bra, now this is a subject you normally don €™t hear about, which is why it is of interest to me. I have always been interested in information that is normally not reported in the general media. Before I answer the question, what is the fastest way to remove a bra, I need to explain a few things.

I need to tell you what medical anthropology is, medical anthropology is the study of human life styles and their implications on health. Certain diseases affect certain groups of people whether it €™s be race, religion, location on the planet or anything else you can think of that would define a group of people. When certain disease are unique to a group they are called cultureogenic diseases, diseases caused by their culture.

Now there is one more thing I need to explain, and that is the lymph system of the human body. The lymphatic system is part of the immune system that cleanses the body of toxins. Lymph fluid moves throughout the body, it does this by actual movement of the body. When we move are muscles we help push lymph fluid along, it does this because unlike blood, it does not have a pump like the heart to move it. This also means it €™s not under pressure, and it takes very little outside pressure to hinder its movement. A good example would be a tight pair of shoes. You can wear tight shoes all day, and you feet will get adequate circulation, but they will still swell up, with lymph fluid which can only be relieved by removing the shoes.

Now that brings me to my next point, the bra. When a woman wears a bra, she is unknowingly restricting the flow of lymph fluid .In fact sometimes the flow is so restricted, that deep grooves or red marks can be seen where the bra straps sit, once it €™s removed. After wearing a bra all day the breast will swell up, with a back up of lymph fluid. So basically the toxins are not flushed away and set up a trigger point for possible breast cancer.

I have some statistics for you, these are from the bra and breast cancer study done in 1993, and to put them in perspective, lung cancer is 10-30 times more common in smoker €™s then non-smokers. Efforts to access smoking €™s health risks began as far back as 1859 but it wasn €™t until 1965 that a warning was put on the package, imagine that it took one hundred years for this change, but yet to us it seems obvious that smoking would cause lung cancer.

The most startling statistic from the bra and breast cancer study was the one in which woman wore a bra 24 hours a day, their risk for breast cancer was 125 times higher then woman who did not wear a bra. In fact woman who did not wear a bra showed the least risk for developing breast cancer and it amounted to less then one quarter of one percent. Does all this mean you should stop wearing a bra, not necessarily, woman who wore a bra 12 hours or less, had a reduced risk, and also wearing a bra that is not too constricting would also be of benefit.

So if the answer is this simple, why don €™t we hear more about it? Well there is no money to be gained by this study. The treatment of disease generates huge amounts of revenue It was done by 2 medical anthropologists, because one of them had a lump in her breast that eventfully disappeared after taking up the practice of not wearing a bra. Huge studies are not done by companies unless there is something to gain monetarily from the results.

About a week ago, my friend asked me about folic acid, this was for a co-worker that was diagnosed with breast cancer about 3-4 years ago. Instead, I passed on an article about bras and breast cancer. On New Year €™s Day my friend let me knew that this person was very excited to have been given this information, and that she would not wear her bra that night. You see, she was one of those women who wore her bra 24 hours a day. I have to say, I felt pretty good about the reaction.

And so the answer to the question, what is the fasted way to remove a bra, the answer lies in revealing the statistics of the bra and breast cancer survey.
