Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and midhead section.
Medical therapy with topical Finagel 1% to stabilize and improve the hair structure in the crown area.

FUE (May 17, 2021)
Follicular Unit Extraction with 3255 FU:
* 400 single hair FU
* 1999 double hair FU
* 856 triple hair FU
HGI: 2,1
Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,8 - 1,0 mm).
Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.90 mm serrated trumpet punch.
Partial microscopic preparation of the single follicular unit grafts.
