Anyone watch that Channel 4 show on Thursday?

The reporter is that guy who does Fifth Gear and it's pretty full on in terms of showing you operations etc. That said I don't think it actually shared much useful info. They did show that women notice 'everything' in terms of any flaws you're not sure people (women) notice (well we all suspected that) and that men are now making way more effort than they have in the past - which I suppose is no bad thing.

That said I don't know how much you'll be able to learn from it.

Yep, was feeling terrible, was good though as people left my alone as I mentioned I had met some friends who had been to Mexico the week before... felt ill but was greatful of the peace and quiet...

Back to about 90% now... so look out....
