Propylene glycol the alcahol content may cause irritation. Is this the reason you want it removed from the ingredients?

yes, as balding ppl we don't need more irritation.

I'm no expert on this subject but is it not this ingredient that stimulates growth? I've read it somewhere but I could be wrong.
