Do any of you know what red light therapy is?

Recently, my hair has continued to shed, and I'm worried. :cry:I've been hearing about this red light therapy a lot lately. Is it really helpful for hair growth? I would really appreciate it if those who understand this therapy could explain to me how it works. Thanks!

I have never seen any evidence of red light therapy used for hair growth.
I might be wrong and would be happy to be proven incorrect.

IMHO try to figure out which meds or other molecules will be helpfull in YOUR body.

DNA test kits are very helpfull and I guess most people agree DNA is solid science.

Red light therapy, also known as low laser therapy is a safe and non-invasive technique that uses low heat on your scalp tissue. The photons get absorbed by weak cells to encourage healthy hair growth. This boosts blood circulation and activates dormant hair follicles to stimulate hair growth.

You can benefit from red light therapy for hair loss. Hair regrowth and thickness are two of the outstanding benefits of red light therapy. You can definitely try this therapy, but I would insist you first visit a hair doctor and let him/her examine the kind of treatment you need!

Thanks! Hope this helps you! :)

I used a Hairmax brush for a decade. Zero results.
