Does Micro needling work ?

There are many options to treat hair loss and the purpose of all these treatments is to regrow hair. FUT / FUE techniques are commonly performed for baldness treatment. Recently we tried a new treatment with micro needling and there is reasonable improvement with every session. I am displaying the results of 2 treatments. Its non surgical treatment.
Is there any improvement ?
