Donor site not evenly harvested

FUE done 4.5 months ago in Manchester and for some reason they only harvested from one half of
my donor area.
My front is coming through well but I’m getting concerned that the stupid pattern they harvested won’t ever grow back properly. The second image is quite long on the sides so don’t know how covered the pattern is but has anyone experienced anything similar or know if this issue will resolve itself given more time?

How many grafts were taken?

You might experience shock loss aswell, takes a while for it to come back.

Your hair looks really thick on the back and sides which could indicate a high donor density. I’ve seen a case from BHR clinic where they extracted from the back and one side. Their patient had a good donor density and the side extractions were not as many and well spaced out. BHR patient Your extractions appear to be compacted/too close together. It looks as though they only went slightly into the back. I would say this was done by an inexperienced doctor or tech who does not know the basics of FUE harvesting. You may have suffered shock loss too. If so, it can take quite a few months to recover. It could be over harvested too because of the non existent extraction pattern.
It would be useful to know how many grafts they say they extracted and to see pictures showing before surgery, back extractions, your recipient area and some progress pictures if you have them.

I’ve attached some pictures of my recipient area and the development of my donor area

Your recipient area growth looks decent.
Have you asked the clinic why they did this? It’ll be interesting to hear their reasoning. Was it a tech or a doctor who did the extractions?

Damn, that's a seriously bad looking donor. But there's a decent chance it's simply shock loss and will be fine in a few months. Here's hoping!

It would be helpful to know how many grafts you had and the clinic or doctor name who did this.
Is this picture before surgery?

Hi yes that’s before surgery. 2400 grafts clinic was Dr Munir Hair Growth Centre Manchester. I’m giving it another 2 months then looking into SMP and litigation of the practice.

2400 grafts was apparently due to my heavy bleeding but sounds like BS to me. I’m hoping a few more months it will sort itself out

They are saying the removed them all from that side because of bleeding? Did they attempt to extract any grafts from the other side? Was it the doctor or techs who did them?
Did they take any surgery pictures at the clinic?

Normal contributor site complexities incorporate hematoma, seroma, contamination, and dehiscence. Appendage based free fold benefactor locales might support gentle loss of solidarity or potentially portability.
