Evening Gents,
I am writing this post after spending a lot of time reading your stories and getting a lot of useful information which made me pick Dr Bisanga.

In the beginning, I wasn't really bothered about my hair as it always looked ok to me and could still do something with it. I did get a bit of stick from my friends but it didn't bother me for a good while. I only really noticed it when I was at the barber's and the fringe was just getting thinner and thinner. I started reading sites like this and then booked some consultations to get an idea of where to start. The clinic ranged from 1600-3500 grafts quotes and they all had different ideas with what I should do.

I went to London and met Dr Bisanga and he quoted 3-3500 grafts to get the desired effect and reinforce the area thinning behind the front. I liked the consultation and was very impressed with his results and decided to go with him. I will not bore you all with the whole story but the hotel was fine, flights etc were no problem only got asked to remove my bandana at Belgium passport control but only took 5 seconds no issues. The clinic was nice literally 2 mins from my hotel all went well good staff and the doctor did all the parts which I was told he would. Dr Bisanga is a very nice man and talked me through it all and Hilde is great for any questions and information. Any questions just ask.

Here I am before any surgery.

Do you have a clearer picture of your donor area at 4 or 5 weeks? I`m planning on this amount of time to have a cropped back to normal appearance after my surgery with Dr. Bisanga.

Hi Guys thanks for the well wishes. Beyr I am not sure I have got anymore at 4/5 weeks donor but can get some at 6 weeks where I am now. In Regards to this my back and sides were fine very quickly and after a few days you wouldn't have known I had anything. Now my front is another story ha I am still quite red and now using aloe vera oil to see if that helps. I work outside so have been getting away with a hat but otherwise, you probably would tell. I am happy to tell people as most of my friends and family know but people at work don't know yet but I am not too fussed about there opinions. Problem is everyone will know anyway if you have a good result as your hair should be a lot different so might just be better getting it out the way!

Hair transplants are becoming more acceptable now, the stigma that was attached to them is slowly vanishing. You may get the odd silt come t from sine but in general most will be amazed when they see the new hair growing.

Your donor looks pretty normal in that last set of images. I`m pretty confident I can pull off the buzz look now without too many people noticing. I`m quite conservative with things relating to my appearance, the fewer people who know, the better I`ll feel.
Appreciate the answer Horris.

Gents,
5 months update all on track in my opinion. My hairline is getting stronger all the time just a bit thin behind it but no worried as hopefully next couple months should hopefully thicken up. If you never seen me before you wouldn't know I've had anything done, hopefully more to come! Opinions welcome
