That was one bad case of traction alopecia.....seems to be very prominent unfortunately in women with this type of Afro hair......guessing it's mainly down to weaves/extensions and tight braided hairstyles. Awesome job on repairing it though she looks fabulous now, well done Dr Bisanga

Yes, lifestyle loss is real and I have seen a fair amount of traction alopecia in both sexes for fashion or religious garb worn.
