49 years old patient who did not want a low hair line.
We reached 3550 grafts, for 7377 hair.

He will come back for a second surgery so to cover the vertex.

Nice work. The foundation has been layed and my guess is that just a tweak in the hairline to dense the hair up a bit will work wonders. The immediate post op pics are great - really shows how nice and clean the work is. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Janna, his second surgery with a little more in the hairline and the rest in the vertex will finish his result nicely.

What size session do you anticipate he will have for his second procedure.

Thanks bm.

Looks great, but the hairline looks really a little bit thin, but naturally.

Hi Dr Devroye.

Do you have any top down pictures with the donor unshaven/trimmed to see how much native hair was left.

I know this may be a problem if the patient always kept the hair up there short.

Thanks bm.

I really like this case. I am not convinced it would look that much better with more frontal density because this SOB is bald. It might stand out if the density is increased too much. To me it looks like it took him back about 10 years in his hairloss stage--kind of a nice backwards transition.

I think if the density was to be increased in the hairline, you would then have to give him temple points or it really would smell of HT. I give this a thumbs up. A pretty good cosmetic difference for approx. $12,000.

GOOD AFTERNOON,

HERE ARE THE PICTURES OF THIS PATIENT BEFORE THE SURGERY...
HE DID NOT HAVE A LOT OF HAIR.

IF HE WANTS TO LOWER THE HAIR LINE HE WILL PROBABLY COME BACK FOR A SECOND SURGERY, BUT THIS IS ALREADY A BIG CHANGE IN HIS ASPECT HE MAY PREFER TO GO STEP BY STEP.
MOREOVER, DO NOT FORGET THAT HE IS 49 ALREADY SO WE CANNOT MAKE A VERY LOW HAIRLINE AS IT COULD NOT APPEAR NATURAL.

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTION, DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK.

IF YOU PREFER PICTURES OF WOMEN, OR FUE SURGERIES, OR VERTEX COVERING...
WE COULD ADD MORE SERIES OF PICTURES.

HAVE A NICE WEEK.
