A 38 year old NW class III came to Dr. Lupanzula with a goal to increase density in the frontal hairline. We placed a total of 2,704 grafts in the frontal area using the FUT (strip) procedure with the trichophytic closure.



2704 Follicular Units:
I Hairs: 439
II Hairs: 1316
III Hairs: 767
IV Hairs: 182
