On the 24th June I visited the Farjos again for my 4th(and hopefully last) surgery, the first being in 2006.
The plan was to adress my crown which had really opened the last few years and also the lateral humps which had lowered seperating from the TP hair on top.
Everything went as expected and grafts were implanted using DHI method.
The 1st pic is before,then 1 week,then 3.5 months(last week)

4 sessions over 18 years,around 8000 Grafts.
Have to say,not panicking yet but 17 weeks and not much to report in the way of growth. Am I right in remembering the crown is a lot slower than the rest of head?

Yes, for a lot of people the crown hair takes longer. Also, it is usually longer because the way your crown hair is angled. When its fine/just growing it doesn’t show as much until the hairs thicken up.
It is great that you still had donor for this. You have a great beard if you ever decide to thin it out.

Congratulations Balody on your 4th HT, I’ve been following your progress from your 1st procedure.
I’m sure you’ll have a great result early days yet.
Are you taking any medication like Finasteride?

Balody! Wow, it’s been ages since I’ve heard your name or seen pics of your result.
Congrats on your last session. Keeping my fingers crossed for you, early days…
Just spoke to both Farjo’s just few days ago at the ISHRS conference in Denver.
Covid and semi-retirement kept me from attending any conferences since 2019.
Good to see you here.

Yeah thought so,quite a lot of white hair almost from the beginning but loads of black dots just sitting there taking their time. Also rest of hair seems to have slowed down growing, usually my native hair grows like wildfire but seems to have really slowed.Does hair have a seasonal rest?
Yeah the beard is a love hate relationship lol

Probably just growing slower. Taking vitamin D seems to help my hair grow faster.
