This 27 year old female has always had a high hairline. Her goal was to lower her hair line. She did not have any evidence of Female Androgenic Alopecia. Her donor laxity and density was good. I took out two strips. One was 1.4 cm wide by 9 cm long and the other was 1.2 cm wide by 7.5 cm long. The hair count was as follows:

· 394 one hair FU

· 1060 two hair FU

· 514 three hair FU

Total FU-1968, Total hairs- 4056



She came in for her 6 month post op and was very pleased with her results. I expect to see more thickening and hair growth at one year.

Looks awesome Dr Paul...i much prefer to see women lower their hairlines this way as apposed to the other more drastic surgical approach. Well done ¬b`

This is awesome for 6 months, how far was the hairline lowered?

The hairline was lowered about 2cm in the front where the widows peak is and about 1cm on the sides. Of course hair was put behind the hairline to give density.
