Here is a presentation of Dr. Paul Shapiro's work immediately following surgery to 6 months and 12 months PO.
This patient had very good growth at 6 months. He experienced faster than average growth, therefore, had approximately 70% growth by 6 months. There were improvements from 6 months to 12 months that were subtle. Few of the wiry hairs on the sides tamed down and he experienced some thickening throughout.
