That is a lovely result so far and it frames his face so well, no wonder the patient looks happy and it certainly makes him look younger, the hairline and density is Top Draw and it looks so natural, I love the hairline you guys achieve and he still has more to come

It was fun to see him yesterday. He was beaming from ear to ear. He said he'd like to be SMG's poster boy. Our HD video camera was not charged so I ended up taking videos with my Iphone. I'm loading them to our Youtube account so hopefully the quality will be decent to post.

Top notch transformation, watching the videos you clearly see how natural it looks. Janna, what donor closure method did the patient have? I cannot see the scar in the video.

hewey i would say its a trichophytic closure as hair is growing through the scar.

Dr. Paul did indeed use the trichophytic technique on this patient but that's just part of the closure technique. Whether they use a double layer closure or single layer of nylon or staples that has to be removed 10 days after surgery will depend on the patient tissue and laxity. This patient had the single layer sutures.

Brilliant Video and this guy has got a World Class result totally Natural in every aspect , even at 8 months he looked good but now with the maturity and hair style it just looks so good I love to see patients with good temples as well
