Are you restricted to placing grafts in similar angulation to the original surgery? It must be more difficult to achieve a natural appearance when grafts have to be placed slighly more vertical than usual?

No, we weren't restricted from old work. You'd want to remove the old work that really stood out like we did with the punch outs before strip surgery. You wouldn't want to accerbate the old work by adding more incorrect angled hairs. Enough hairs in the hairline were added to create a natural look.

This patient is coming back to address the mid-scalp to anterior crown in his next procedure. He is thrilled with his results thus far. LOL.... Actually, I was suppose to post one of the two results a weeks ago but I was enjoying myself too much on my vacation in Hawaii to post the results remotely. In hindsight, I should have taken the time out of the sun to post on the forums more because I'm soooo dark now!! I'll be posting another result later this week so you'll end up seeing 3 results this week!
