What a great case study to show how hair loss can progress after a ht.

This case was interesting to put together. My participation in this case was in my early days in this field. I'd only started a month before this patient came in for repair work so I remember him well.

He was extremely unhappy with his first surgery from another local clinic in town. He was able to attain all the notes and documentations pertaining to his surgery. The other physican had written in his chart that this patient had unrealistic goals and expectations when he mentioned that he wasn't happy with his results. He was recommended to get 4 sessions of 90 mini grafts and would only look natural after the 4 sessions. The donor scar from the one session of 90 mini-grafts was horrific. We recently planted some grafts into some of the worst areas of the scar. Thankfully, he didn't go through with the other 3 mini-graft sessions.

Now thats what i'm talking about!! What a great thread combining everything from repair work to FUE and even SMP.

It's hard to believe we are seeing a guy with 17 yrs worth of hairloss work on one thread, i am so happy he is gettig the growth he deserves at this early stage and i can't wait to see the newer photos when you have some Janna.

You have to feel for the poor guy getting stung at 22 yrs old though.......man i know how that feels.

I personally don't think the smp treatment he got helped very much.
