having read a few articles on hear and watching so many reviews on youtube etc , i try not to i try to just let my results come , but as more weeks pass and seeing it weaker I look for the reassurance but 5.5 months in of 4000 grafts in Medair clinic in Istanbul. I am told I need to wait which I agree but following peoples results and being realistic , has anyone seen a big improvement or has it just been hair thickens ? has anyone known to have seen results where they themselves could see shockloss stabilizing and growing back and also seen gaps improved - many times you see results with hair in a little flick up and clinics boast about that result and it looks good to some that is a improvement but realistically its behind that flick whats matters , it seems like peoples actual hairline is thick and behind it is sparse no density in most why is this ? is it DRs concentrate on the actual line more so is the illusion of a non receded hairline ( looking at people straight on 3 months after transplant i think bloody hell that has grown but as soon as they turn its a different story . why is the hairline always thicker and poor growth behind it and sparse density ?

Hi Craigel1.
Could you add some pictures to show your situation?
Every patient is different. Depending on their level of hair loss, hair characteristics and donor availability are some of the reasons results will vary.
Shock loss can take over 6 months to recover in certain patients.
Growth timelines vary, sine people will be lucky with early growth while others may not see much if any by month 6.

Do you have pictures before and straight after your surgery? 4000 grafts is not a small surgery so it’ll be good to see where they were placed.
Surgery if not done correctly can damage or destroy existing hair. Miniaturised hair could also be lost when grafts are transplanted in those areas. Hopefully, it is just shock loss and recovers.
If you could add the pictures with some information like your age and any hair loss regimen.

Having a quick read through their website on the various treatments they offer. It contains wrong information which some would describe as total bs.

4 awesome repairs with SMG
For what it's worth many people do see improvements after 5.5 months which is why most clinics say wait 12 months to evaluate a result ....I agree with BM though pictures of your before and straight after the surgery would help to give an opinion properly whether we think the surgery is likely to be a success or not.

I`ve heard too much anaesthetic can damage the follicles in some people.
