boy meets quiff
Did anyone else see Dr Farjo on Embarrassing Bodies last night.
He was doing a 'reverse beard transplant' (my phrase). A guy had got skin cancer, and the removal of the cancer had left the man with a mark of Zorro type scar.
Farjo took hair from his head and transplanted into the scar, so that the patient could grow a whole bear and cover it up.
Nice work indeed.
He also showed how he takes the 'strip' - by literally tearing the skin in order to preserve hair and avoid follicle cutting.
