Fixing a bad situtation

We where asked by this person if and what his options were.
As you can see he is a Norwood 6 type patient with a previous FUT surgery, leaving a bad scar.Another hair transplantation was not an option, donor is to weak and the hairs which are still visible are of poor quality.Shaving is not an option due to the scar
We offered him following options
Hair piece (which he rejected with a smile)
Scalp Micro pigmentation shaven look and Scar improvement.
It took our SMP department at Prohairclinic many many hours and 3 sessions to complete the diffucult task.
Please find the pictures of the back of his head which he allowed us to use.

Beverotti can I be a little critical here for the benefit of the patients and I point that out because most don €™t seem to get this €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..my comments are strictly for the benefit of the patients and it €™s not about you or your clinic as you seem to do very good work. This result looks good but I would not describe this as a bad scar in fact just the opposite it appear to me to be in the upper 10% of really great scars €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.do you agree or disagree with this assessment?

That combined with the color of the hair makes this result appear to be very acceptable putting any health issues aside as long as the patient is fully informed beforehand. Would you agree that fully informing the patient beforehand of any health risks is a reasonable request?

Can you provide better pictures? I think these small and not very clear pictures work against you when compared to others that are posted to the forum. I know it €™s not my place to even comment on this but don €™t you think larger, clearer pictures would be better?

He TC,The pictures are in fact much larger, but the forum does a resize.
We almost did not accept this patient since he tends to have a pepper and salt hair colour. But it turned out great and we received a post card today where he expressed his gratitude.
The scar is not the worst we have soon, that is very correct. However it did bother him a lot because even at a length of 1 cm it was a clear givaway as you can tell by looking at the pictures.

That looks so so good great work by your team , how long will it last before he will need another session of the SMP , The patients goals have been met that is the main thing he must be chuffed
