Most doctors, pharmacists and even manufacturers do not know whether a particular medicines contains gluten.
1. Gluten is usually used in excipient, either to add bulk or to glue the tablet.
2. One way to ensure is to email the customer care(not necessarily trustworthy).
However, advances have been made in creating portable allergen detection device that though not yet available in india... I hope some reader may work on it.
