Performed procedure - 1st FUT procedure (February 23rd, 2007):

A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 2127 FU

* 878 single hair FU
* 1046 double hair FU
* 203 triple hair FU

Double layer suture;
A combination of parallel (single units) and perpendicular incisions (double and triple units) in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.8mm 1.00mm).

Treatment plan 2nd procedure:

A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 3500-4000 FU to add density to the hairline, central core, bridge and to restore the crown area

Performed procedure - 2nd FUT procedure (April 10th, 2012):

A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 3816 FU

* 746 single hair FU
* 2810 double hair FU
* 260 triple hair FU

Trichophytic Closure technique in double layer suture;
Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.8mm 0.95mm).
