Hair loss after 3rd PRP session.

Hey!Hope Whoever reading this may safe,secure and healthy in Body and mind.3 months ago I got my prp as 1st one,after a month I've got my 2nd one as per the recommendation of my trichologist.It gave me a lot of blessings as my hairfall stopped from 40/day to 10/day.Afterwards,I couldn't take the third one after the 2nd one done.The previous month I decided to take the 3rd one from a local clinic.After the procedure,Immediately I'm facing a lot of hairfall from 10/day to 40-50/day again as It was earlier. Now I'm losing the net gain which I acquired from first 2 sessions.I'm scared and worried.Is there any solutions or I could do anything.Can any experienced or expertise help me to recover soon?
