It's better if you can go for minoxidil lotion which will help you out strengthen the hair roots along with propecia which will help you out to retain your hairs.

Hair loss is common after pregnancy because of hormonal changes. But this is not permanent type of hair loss. New hair will grow up in time. If not then one should consult with dermatologist.

Even I agree to it that after pregnancy hair loss is the major issue from which women faces after child birth, also during menstruation many women suffer from hair loss because of cramps and stress. All these symptoms should not be neglected and must be checked from the doctor on time, to avoid further complications.

I agree that some women experience hairloss after pregnancy because of some changes in their body, usually it has to do with hormones. Better to go to a doctor to properly address the issue.

I think hair loss during pregnancy is normal, this is due to hormonal imbalance. But this is not permanent hair loss

Certainly! the reason is the estrogen levels after you gave birth. Don't worry a lot because your hair will surely goes back to normal in about 8 months to a year after giving birth.

Hair loss is common for women during their pregnancy, and yes, the pregnancy is the reason for the hair loss. There are different types of hair loss for pregnant women. Some women suffer from it in the first trimester and some at the end of the pregnancy.

Drastic changes in hormone levels are the cause of hair loss in pregnant women. It is temporary, but women could take a year to recover. Pregnant women who are worried about hair loss can consult a hair loss specialist for further treatment.

Recommendations for Your Hair During Pregnancy and After Delivery:
Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables, which contain flavonoids and antioxidants that may provide protection for the hair follicles and encourage hair growth

Use shampoos and conditioners that does not contain Sulfate, Silicone, Alcohol

Hair is fragile when it is wet, so be gentle; avoid fine tooth combs

If you need to use blow dryers and other heated hair instruments, use the cool setting

I agree with flowerhairedgirl!! A diet high in fruits and vegetables is key to health.

Moreover from my experience, after birth of child, none of the vitamins, masks, balsams and other remedies helped to restore the former beauty of my hair and finally put an end to their loss. I'm not even talking about the hope of growing new hair.

Right now I €™m testing tonic from biofolic. It sounds promising and it takes around 6 months to see results. I €™m using it only 3 weeks €¦ hope this one will help. Has anyone tried anything from biofolic?

4. PAT dry your hair, never rub with towel...

This is due to hormonal changes after pregnancy. Usually it will return to normal after a few weeks. Exercise, healthy diet and enough rest to hasten your recovery.

It is quite normal that women lose hair after pregnancy. And they shouldn't worry about it. In this period women just should treat hair better and use natural vitamins (B12, B1, B6.

I am sure it is ok. I would advise to eat more beans and nuts during this period. They give useful vitamins for hair. Also, better to avoid some heat devices. But if it is so needed (maybe, curls for some special important event)

Hair loss after pregnancy due to the estrogen hormone increased & that estrogen hormone direct influence on hair.
Tips to reduce hair fall
1) Avoid tight hair bands
2) Take protein rich diet
3) Use volumizing shampoo & avoid conditioning shampoo

During pregnancy the increased levels of estrogen in your body freezes hair in the growing (or "resting") phase of the cycle. Hair that would normally fall out stays put, resulting in thicker hair. After you give birth and your estrogen levels decline, however, all that hair that was resting starts to fall out. This usually starts the third or fourth postpartum and ends by six month. Consult your doctor regarding tthe estrogen level in your body. Only a medical professional can help you in this.

As it happens during Pregnancy.

Just like our organs need nutrients to function properly, our hair needs nutrients to grow.

You need to increase iron intake. So eat a lot more spinach salads topped with strawberries and lentils.
As Iron is more easily and better absorbed when taken with vitamin C, and it does not absorb well when taken with calcium.

Additionally, omega-3 fatty acids are healthy for the heart and brain, and anti-inflammatory for the body, and some studies have indicated they may help reduce hair loss.

A good multi-vitamin supplements may be a good idea if you take it.
