Hair transplant question

Hi

I have been using London hair transplant kit as I have had my hair transplant surgery in turkey which went well but as we all know the aftercare is important.

My consultant advised me to use the hair serum oil 10 days after the transplant but mossi london (the producer) says i should wait at least one month before using it.

When I asked my consultant why should I use it 10 days after, he said 'many patients follows this guidance and they have good results, and they do. I have seen it myself....

I guess my question is, with 10 days already passed, and me writing this message three weeks after. Is there any harm in using the hair oil 10 days after the transplant. I have also been told castor oil is not good to use so I do not use it but if I do, will it damage my hair?

Just thought to ask the question as I am not worried as I trust the clinic as they were highly regarded and rated and were really professional but I want other advice?

If you trust the clinic, go with the clinic, what would you do if the advice contradicted the clinic you trust? Regardless, no one can answer your question with assurance, we have no idea of the purpose or compound of the "hair oil". Castor oil, is often said to help relieve constipation and some use to moisturise the skin, although there are probably better moisturisers available, best discuss with your clinic.
