Hello @Jellu , it´s normal after a hair transplant that the recipient area is going to red, slightly swollen maybe, and very soon after scabbing appears to replace the open wounds. These gradually go with washing and care. In your case, can you be more specific what you are concerned about, your picture is not the best definition, so a little more detail would also help, the graft numbers, the days post-op you are.
