This patient wanted to feminise her appearance by restoring her hairline and receded temples in conjunction with her wider transition journey. Using a minimal shave technique meant she wasn't worried about styling her hair after surgery so much. We implanted 1553 grafts using the FUE and implanter pen technique. Her operation was performed over 1 day and this result is 1 year post surgery. At our clinic all patients who don't identify as cis-male or cis-female have a dedicated transgender specialist hair transplant surgeon taking care of them who is able to advise no matter the stage of their journey.
