Help - Looking for a Clinic with good surgeon

Hi,

I had my hair transplant done 14 months ago and the effects are below average.

Can someone tell me what the clinic done wrong and where should i go for my second procedure to add density to have decent results?

Hi Jason, I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy with your hair transplant. Do you have your pre-op and immediate post-op pictures to share?
How many grafts did you receive? I would like to see your pictures as it looks like you had a good yield from the transplant but the naturalness is not that good.
Your hairline is pretty straight with no irregularities that are usually seen in hairlines. I see multi grafts and some course grafts. Your temple corners look rounded in your pictures. This could be the angle of the picture but if not and they are rounded, that’s more of a feminine design.

I would say you might need some of the grafts removed from your temple corners. Possibly some from the hairline as well. Then a small session to add single hair grafts in front and around the hairs in your hairline. These should break up the straight edge and give a natural look.

seems you have multiple grafts at the hairline with some gaps, you have 2 options for a repair:

1) Do massive punch out procedure around 800 grafts which can cause more scarring at the receipt area, then you'll need to wait 2-3 so you're skin scalp will recover and only then you can come back to the clinic to do the 2nd hair transplant procedure - I less prefer this solution.

2) Better option in my opinion is to camouflage your result with 2nd repair procedure that will consist single grafts mainly and creating zigzags to gain more natural hairline with more density, this is what I did on my repair with Dr. Maras, it's less complicated and safer.

Hi man ! Thank u for answer,i have somewherethe photos but to be honest im quite tired mentally. I had about 3000 grafts as the Clinic said but i hope that they took less cauze my donor looks big and dense so its only hope.
When u wrote about the Feminin Design i almost **it myself - The only good thing about that transplant is that i have no bold corners so for now the middle part of my head is my priority cauze it looks unnatural adding the average density.

Im learning now and doing some research so i just hope one more transplant could not only add density to the middle but also straighten up in a manly way the corners and temples (Turkey didnt do the temples because they said at the begining "we do them and later after the surgery said that to many grafts would go so better not do them)

2) - yes,definietely thats more what im looking for man because not only i don't have much time to wait and wait for the density to come but seriously to line design from the begining was not good but still i had some hope that magically everything will after 15 months come to a great result but it didn't.

The only plus like i wrote before is that my corners are not bold but anyway,the middle is skinny and looks someway unnatural.

Our clinic is located in Cyprus Nicosia (Greek side), it's near to Greece.

Just keep on mind that a REPAIR procedure is tend to make the current result better, meaning if you had a proper protocol at first, the result would be different than a repair.

Thanks mate ! I think il go with dr Mwamba in October or next month with Eugenix - Ferudini also is available so between those and one more surgeon from Spain,don't remember his name my final choice will be but thanks anyway for your diagnosis
