I will start.
I am fortunate to maintain a decent head of hair, however, I noticed my hair thinning in a diffuse pattern, losing hair density, I started meds 3 years ago, minox foam and liquid topical and it helped to improve the fullness of my hair, and continues to help maintain the quality of my hair fullness. Nothing else involved.

Since 2021 I am using topical formula of 1.0% Finasteride mixed with 5.0% Minoxidil of HDC Hair Clinic, and after 6 months I had some regrowth over my crown yet also maintain my native hair without progress of hairloss until now. Before I used oral Finasteride that caused me side effects which I don't experience with the topical formula.

I have been using Proscar, then Finasteride since late 2004. So, just over 21 years. It is still working for me.
