Hi and welcome.
There are lots of patients who have a hair transplant without taking meds,some have only minor loss and their loss has stabilised,others have progressed to the extent where they or the doctor feels that they wont lose anymore.
Take a look through the patient and doctor posted results,it usually states who`s on meds and who are not.
