How's my progress at 4 months post op?

I had 4,000 grafts done with 2,000 in the crown (I was completely bald), 1,600 in the front, and 400 in the middle (where I still had some natural hair). My procedure was on 10/1/22. I've been on topical Finestaride/Minoxidil since two weeks after procedure ong with 4 PRP sessions thus far. Does this look like progress? My doc said crown takes longer to grow.

It is difficult to say without seeing a pre-op picture. If you were completely bald on the front, then yes, you’re making progress. Mid-section with pre-existing hair looks ok. Crown looks like some growth there. 400 grafts won’t provide much coverage on a completely bald crown.

My crown was 2,000 grafts. Here's a before pic

Oh yea, I got mixed up with the numbers.
2000 will make a nice difference. Crowns usually take longer to see a visual improvement.
The front hairline has taken shape with some decent growth. 4 months is still early, so I’d say your progress so far is good.
