HT abroad?

Hi everybody,

I have been researching the internet for information on HT. I will like to have a HT but do not know if I should do it in our country or abroad. Of course I would rather do it here but honestly it is too expensive. I have read in many forums that the HT abroad is successful as here. For example in Belgium, Poland, India, Turkey. What do you think?

I would appreciate if you can enlighten me. Does anybody have experience?

Hi welcome to the forum. Destination or money really should not be the deciding factor dude. The skill and ethics of the clinic are imo the most important factors. You only get one head and a set amount of donor so be careful and research well.

Whether it be here or 5000 miles away you need to go with who you feel will give you the best results. Right now dude the best thing you could do is do some research in the results section and try and get a feel for which clinics results you really like.

Don't rush into anything and spend some time reading the forum it will help you make an informed decision.

If you need anything we are here to help

I know a guy from my work he paid 3.000 pounds for 1500 grafts (FUE) in a London clinic. He is very happy with his result. How much per graft do they charge?

Well, I think a graft for 2 pounds is really expensive and my budget for a HT is limited. I've heard that it's much cheaper in turkey and also as professional as here. As far as I know in Turkey this price does cover the cost of flights and hotels and the procedure. But like I said I will continue to research and find more information about the HT in TurkeyDoes anyone had a HT in Turkey?

Idk man if 2 pounds ($3.25) per graft is outside your budget, maybe your priority shouldn't be cosmetic surgery.

The only Turkish doc I've seen that does decent work is dr erdogan.

I agree with ziggs11,it's better not to have an HT now. Save some money and visit some good doctors. The chipper choice is not usually the best choice.

I had three different online and on telephone concultations with turkish ht clinics. I am reserved to fly in 2 weeks for FUE procedure. My uncle had HT there and strongly suggested this clinic. The price is affordable compared to other european clinics. They give gurantee for the operation. I advice you Turkey if you have tight budget and of course expect good results. I can give you more deails if you need. Good luck

Looking at Erkans website it looks like he has a minimum surgery price of 2000 euros and he charges 1 euro per graft. His prices are very cheap but if you only want a small procedure your out of luck by the looks of things.

Hello everyone,
I am NOT talking about Dr.Erkan Demirsoy am going to Dr.Koray.
After seeing my uncle's HT results with my own eyes I deciced to go for the clinic he has been to in IZMIR/Turkey. It is Gazi Hair Clinic inside Private Gazi Hospital.
I waited for almost one year to see my uncles final results, he had a perfect hairline and hair looks very very natural. Price is really reasonable for people who wont spend a lot of money or dont have so much money.

I would be interested in learning about FUE in Izmir as well! I am doing my research on hair transplant abroad. Low cost is one of my priorities. Apparently hair transplant cost varies depending on the location, doctor and the technique:
I am looking for sth between GBP 1300-1800.
