I got thinner hair by washing my hair up to 3 times daily for the past 2 years. Is it fixable?

Im a 19 year old male. So over the past 2 years I was an idiot. Due to trying to style my hair perfect I washed my hair quickly in the sink with only water up to 3 times a day for about 2 years.

Thing is that everytime I failed after washing my hair and styled it with wax, I waited a couple of minutes and started all over again top 3 times. I also slept with wax in my hair everyday.

This resulted in thinner hair above my ears (picture under is not by me, but in inside the red area is where Im thinner, but one side is thicker than the other).

Right now Im washing my hair with Keratin Hair Shampoo 3 times a week, I never put wax/gel/whatever in it and I eat more protein and other minerals etc. than Ive ever done. I am also drinking 1 cup of green tea a day.

Is this fixable?

Unless you had a weird shampoo it should not have caused hair loss.
The pictures shows a normal full head of hair.

The minerals and vitamins are good, but basically helps nothing against genetic hair loss.
I lived a very healthy life, no smoke, no drinks, healthy food and still lost most of my hair by the time I was 30.
