I heard that Hair transplant is the only solution to inborn bald spots and hereditary hair loss. But does it really work?

Yes they work in most cases.

Well, I don't have any idea regarding this but I would like to suggest that you consult Dr. Ray Woods as he is an experienced hair transplant surgeon and has done many surgeries. I too have undergone a surgery from him and it was a great experience dealing with him.
