Is seasonal hair loss really a thing or is it just crap.

I've read numerous articles around the web over the years relating to seasonal hair loss but i'm still not convinced it's real. Do people on here notice seasonal hair loss*nl

Its hard to tell, but if you go by nature, lots of mammals shed in certain seasons. Why should we be any different?

I think it is true. I feel i lose a lot more number of hairs when it is raining and there is heavy moisture in hair. That is my observation and it is not bsed on any study as such

I €™ve always believed there was seasonal sheds. My worry has always been if you have hair already On the way out, would it grow back even when on meds

Yes, I believe seasonal hair fall occurs. This is because the temperature/heat outside which effects the hair. Hair management is different in different seasons. The Hair you are loosing will grow back after the season. Manage them, use the heat protector, condition and nourish them and hydrate yourself and eat a healthy diet.
