Is there any way to reverse a bad hair transplant as a bald person and reduce the scaring?

8 years ago I was experiencing so much anxiety from my hairline. I had been teased for since I was little. I made the decision that I wanted to get a transplant without any research as I was a 22 year old kid. Since then it’s been the singlehanded biggest mistake in my life. The surgeons were just trying to make a quick buck and they could tell I was desperate to change my hair line.
I’ve excepted and even grown comfortable with being bald over the past few years but I still have these really visible graphs on my forehead that I really want to remove. I’ve been researching ways to remove like electrolysis or laser but they might result in scarring. Does anyone have any advice for me.

You could have a test session using FUE to remove a few to see how your scalp heals. Electrolysis could be another option as you mention. Members like @lou had good results.
Have you consulted with any clinics?

If you're not bothered about saving the grafts, you could do a combination of techniques. Remove the biggest grafts that have the pitted look by punching them out. Our doctors at Shapiro Medical have a lot of experience repairing the scalp. The punch outs they've done don't leave scars. As long as you go to a clinic that have experience and skills, you should be left with a scarless scalp. As for rest of the grafts, you could first try using a tweezer to pull the hairs out. Hairs will likely grow back but just pull it out again. If they are still troublesome after several times of pulling them out then seek a laser hair removal treatment or electrolysis. None of the techniques I mention should leave scarring.

Laser or Light Treatment: Laser treatment can invigorate collagen creation and advance skin mending, decreasing the presence of scars after some time. The fact that many track down powerful pursues it a harmless decision. Microneedling: This insignificantly intrusive strategy utilizes a gadget with fine needles, making controlled skin miniature wounds

Ask some clinics if they have patients with similar repairs that are willing to speak with you and share their pictures.
