Is this Folliculitis?

I had a Hair Transplant 3 mths ago. Recently I have been getting very sore red spots on my head, some contain lots of puss that look quite disgusting. Would this be Folliculitis?

If so do I just apply a warm damp cloth to the affected area for a few days? Or is it safe to squeeze the puss from them?

They last for quite some time, just as one seems to be disappearing another will appear starting the cycle again.

My picture is not the best but you can see this huge spot.

What you describe sounds like Folliculitis. At 3 months you may have new hairs pushing through the scalp some of which could be trapped under the skin causing inflammation. A warm/hot compress applied for 5/10 minutes a few times a day should help clear it up. If you squeeze them apply some anti biotic cream to the area to help it heal.

Thanks for the advice. What type of Antibiotic cream is best? This morning I did squeeze the huge one in my picture, it popped easy and feels much better already.
