After 14 months I did a second transplant to do my crown area and som extra grafs in the front line . Now 8 months after the second transplant the hair after the first transplantation don’t want to grow back and I’m loosing hair . What can I do , I’m really desperat !

Have you had the full front transplanted? The hairline looks good and it seems thinner behind which normals show continued loss of non transplanted hair.

Do you have any photos?

Happened to me,had 1st transplant had shockloss didn't grow back
Had 2nd transplant into them thin areas,I had shockloss behind 2nd transplant so had 3rd transplant, guess what had shockloss behind and in between 3rd transplant
The key guys is before any transplants u must be on meds to keep all the hair u have and maybe get thickness so basically ur hair and scalp needs 2 be in tip top shape before any transplants
My guess is u had shockloss in the areas,I don't think ur 1st transplant fell out after ur 2nd transplant
Its confusing ain't it cos u think the 1st transplant fell out
I think u should stop all surgery for now,go see say Dr ball or surgeon u like, get them to get u on a plan ie meds etc or check why u lost ur hair
All the best pal

Without seeing pictures from your first surgery it is difficult to say what is going on. Your hairline looks intact. You are thinning behind the hairline. You could be losing more native hair. Are you on meds? How many grafts did you receive?

This very much does look like continued loss.

The hairline that has been put in looks pretty full with no patches missing so the transplanted area is not thinnjng
