Improvement of hairline and giving more density through FUE procedure in a single session.

Follicular Unit Extraction performed on a 48 year old Caucasian male after previous F.U.T. and below average donor density.

His desired goal:

A Follicular Unit Extraction to add density to the hairline and adding more density in between the preselected drawed bald gaps.
Patient desired some extra density and keep a natural looking hairline.

FUE Extraction performed manual with a 0,8 mm FUE punch.
Incisions were made in custom-sized blades.

Can you guess how many grafts we used in this single session?

Dr H. Eberson.

Wow only 995 grafts. I was thinking at least 1500 without the immediate after pictures to guess.

I was going to say around 1500 too, just goes to show that large numbers of grafts are not always necessary to make a marked improvement.

Good Job.

Thank you baldasabadger10,

appreciated!

As long as the yield is good and the grafts are placed suitable one can get good coverage.

Cheers.

baldasabadger10 you're welcome.

Sure I will try to put up new case this weekend. A French client we treated with finasteride and FUE.
