Some people may not realize just how bad Maria' Fowler's hairline was. Maria Fowler of The Only Way is Essex had a hair transplant in 2017 to lower her genetically high hairline and while she eventually had a subsequent procedure with The Maitland Clinic to try an make it more natural, the first procedure stands out to me as perhaps the worst attempt by a doctor to create a female hairline in the 21st century. I say "perhaps" only because I cannot verify this, but it is indeed the worst that I have ever seen attempted.
