I have just started microneedling my scalp to hold on to the little hair I have left. Does anyone have any experience of successfully doing this AFTER smp? What about trichopigmentation where the ink is not deposited quite as deep? I do believe having some hair on top helps to have a natural, almost 3D outcome following smp. However, if the smp itself stops you retaining your hair then we have a problem!
