Most grafts are showing the typical J-hook at the top. What makes me worry is the fact often see a somewhat thick black point at the top,

I have done hair transplant surgery 20 days before. My problem is some of shedding hairs look like falling out with root. The Hair have bulb shape at then end of hair. I am afraid those hairs are falling out with root. Could you please tell me i lost my grafts or it's normal?

I am fairly this is normal and nothing to worry about, as the grafts are secure after about 4 days. It's very easy to worry, but I am sure this is fine. Might be good to contact your surgeon for additional re-assurance though.

Yeh thats why they are hook shaped...and don't worry they are hairs and not grafts(roots)
